Admission Procedure for Nursery

The notice for the admission procedure is put up on our school website. The online form for Nursery is available in the month of September / October. Off line form is not entertained.

After that the list is prepared and bifurcated into different categories

1. TISCO/JUSCO (70% Seats)

2. General (15% Seats)

3. Sibling (10% Seats)

4. Staff ward (5% Seats)

Manual Lottery is drawn in the presence of the Regional Officer DAV Public School Jharkhand (Zone F), Local Management Committee, Parent Representatives and Press on the date declared by the RTE Cell.

Recording and online Telecast (Local channels) is done on the same day. The parents are further called for document verification and the selection letters are issued to the candidates whose complete documents are submitted. After the payment of admission charges, the admission process is complete. Before the session begins for Nursery, parents are invited for the Orientation meeting and they are briefed with the rules and regulation of the school.  

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASS XI

1. Class XI Admission will be on the basis of written test & academic performance in Std  IX and Std. X.

2. Admission form will be available on the school website www.davbistupur.org in the month of October / November

3. Candidates can apply for Science/ Humanities/ Commerce Stream.

4. Registration fee has to be paid online and after successful payment admit card is available for download.

5. All the information related to the written test is given in the admit card.

6. Date of the written test will be given in the Admit card.

7. Results of the written Test will be declared in DAV Website.

8. Candidates qualifying for the written Test will be called for counseling

9. During counseling,  questions will be asked by the subject experts and original report cards of std. IX and X will be checked.

10. Final results will be displayed on the website.

11. Provisionally selected candidates have to pay fee online and then will take admission in school office on the date applicable.

12. Provisional admission will be confirmed for the students who score 70% or more in Science and 60% or more in Humanities & Commerce.
